A few days ago, I found that my left front window lifting function had malfunctioned, even the one click window closing function after locking the car was malfunctioning. After some inspection, it was preliminarily determined that there was a problem with the lifting motor. So, I purchased an original lifting motor online for 200 yuan
This is the front of the motor, with the Bosch factory logo clearly visible
The label of the motor seems to be some years old
I won't go into detail about the process of disassembly and assembly. I originally planned to remove it along with the bracket, but found it a bit complicated to do so. So, I decided to only dismantle the motor and found that this method was feasible. Below, I will share my experience of replacing the motor:
1. Firstly, fix the glass with tape to prevent it from falling off
2. Next, remove the three plum blossom screws in the red circle area. These screws are reversed and need to be disassembled from the inside. Using a ratchet wrench would be more convenient
3. The process of disassembling screws may be somewhat difficult, but it can still be manageable. After removing the three screws, the motor can be pulled outward. It should be noted that there is a circular wheel wrapped with steel wire at the center position inside the motor. When removing the motor, try to avoid dragging the wheels out as much as possible to prevent the steel wire from falling off. If the steel wire accidentally falls off, don't worry, just re wrap it in circles
4. After removing the old motor, replace it with a new one and tighten the screws
5. First test the effect with the electric lifting function, and after confirming that there are no issues, proceed with the one button lifting test. After testing, everything is normal. I tried locking the car and closing the windows again, and it has now returned to normal
The entire disassembly process took about an hour, and now it is finally completed
