Nowadays, many car door and window glass lifting (closing and opening) have abandoned the manual lifting method of shaking handle, and generally switched to the button type electric lifting method, that is, using electric glass lifters
The electric glass lifters used in cars are mostly composed of electric motors, reducers, guide ropes, guide plates, glass mounting brackets, etc. Due to different materials or manufacturing processes of the guide rope, it is divided into three types of electric glass lifters: rope wheel type, flexible shaft type, and plastic belt type. The first two methods use steel wire rope as the guide rope, while the latter method uses plastic tape as the guide rope
Taking the commonly used rope wheel electric glass lifter as an example, it consists of components such as an electric motor, reducer, steel wire rope, guide plate, and glass mounting bracket. During installation, the door and window glass are fixed on the glass mounting bracket, and the glass guide groove is parallel to the steel wire rope guide plate. Turn on the electric motor, which drives the reducer to output power, pulls the steel wire rope to move the glass installation bracket, and forces the door and window glass to move up or down in a straight line. The guide rope of the plastic belt type electric glass lifter is made of plastic belt with holes, which is used to move and position the plastic belt, and control the lifting of the door and window glass
The key to the structure of an electric glass lifter is the electric motor and reducer, which are assembled together. The electric motor adopts a reversible permanent magnet DC motor, which has two sets of magnetic field coils wound in different directions. It can be controlled to rotate forward and backward through a switch, that is to say, it can control the rise or fall of door and window glass. The electric motor is controlled by a dual switch button and has three working states: up, down, and off. When the switch is not operated, it automatically stops at the "off" position. The control circuit is equipped with a main switch (central control) and a branch switch, both of which are connected in parallel. The main switch is controlled by the driver to open and close all the door and window glass, while the separate closing of each door handle is controlled by the passenger to open and close each door and window glass, making the operation very convenient
